Sven Meijers was born in 1981 in Leiden. He studied at the Royal Academy of Visual Arts in The Hague. In 2013 he co-founded the art collective Nieuwplaatz. Which is now a union of eight artists. They perform and work together. Sven is best desrcibed as a filosopher, conceptual thinker and painter. With a love for technology. At the moment he focusses on Live Drawing and Painting.
